Contigo Ed is committed to supporting each team member's well-being and professional growth. We provide up to 100% employer-funded healthcare, up to 50 days paid time off, 16 weeks of paid parental leave, wellness and professional development stipends, home office workstations for remote team members, and several other benefits.
Healthcare: We provide up to 100% employer-funded health, vision, and dental insurance for all full-time and part-time employees. Additionally, Contigo Ed will contribute 80% towards the health, vision, and dental premiums for employees' families. Staff who choose to waive health coverage receive a $350.00 monthly benefit allowance and will still be able to enroll in optional plans and flexible spending accounts.
Insurance: We provide life and short- and long-term disability insurance for staff.
Dependent care: We offer an FSA benefit to help staff pay for dependent-care services including daycare, nannies and babysitters, preschool, and elder care.
Paid time off: We offer 10 days per year of paid time off in the first year of employment and 15 days per year of paid time off after the first year. Additionally, we offer 22 paid holidays, 7-8 paid “Summer Fridays” off, 2 days of paid floating holiday leave, and 3 days of paid wellness and mental health day leave. We also provide 10 days of paid sick leave, bereavement leave, time off for unforeseen hardships, time off for jury duty, and optional unpaid leave. We are always happy to discuss options with staff if more flexibility is required in a given situation.
Parental leave: For new parents, we offer up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave.
401k retirement plan: After six (6) months of employment, Contigo Ed offers a retirement plan in which staff may make voluntary contributions toward your retirement. For every dollar contributed, up to 4% of the employee’s compensation each pay period, Contigo Ed will match it with 100%. The safe harbor contribution is 100% vested.
Health and Wellness reimbursement: To support staff in their physical and mental health, we offer an annual reimbursement of up to $500 for expenses such as gym memberships, therapy, meditation retreats, exercise equipment, etc.
Office equipment and work space: As a remote organization, we want all staff to be able to work at maximum effectiveness in their workspace of choice. Consequently, Contigo Ed provides a one-time home office set-up reimbursement of $400. After the first year, Contigo Ed will also reimburse up to $250 to “spruce up/enhance” your home office (e.g., office chair, filing cabinet, bookcase, etc.).
Cell phone and home internet reimbursement: Contigo Ed will reimburse employees up to $75 per month for incurred internet/wi-fi fees and up to $50 per month for cell phone costs.
Professional development: We offer an annual allowance for staff to spend on coaching, courses, workshops, conferences, and other engagements to support professional development goals.
Tuition Assistance Program: Staff with at least one (1) year of full-time employment with Contigo Ed are eligible for reimbursement for certain education costs.
