Director of Professional Learning

We are pleased to announce Jesse Carrillo as our new Director of Professional Learning here at Contigo Ed.  

Jesse joined the Contigo Ed team in January 2022 as a Program Manager.  In one short year, we’ve experienced significant growth that has necessitated an evolution of our work.  In this new role, Jesse has completely assumed responsibility for all of our on-demand resources.  He creates and maintains content for Aspiration to Action, our FREE, on-demand resources for counselors and advisors (sign up here!), and for all of the counselor downloads on our website.  Jesse is a lead facilitator in many of our live workshops and online experiences.  In addition,  Jesse has taken all of the work that we’ve done and are doing, and he’s making it accessible to a larger external audience.  If you’ve ever clicked “like” on a social media post or opened up our newsletter know that Jesse was behind creating and releasing it.  

I’ve (Rhiannon) known Jesse for over a decade, and anything he touches turns to gold.  He can take ideas or first drafts and make them functional, engaging and accessible.  In one year, he’s completely transformed our counselor and advisor resources, so much so that over 94% of users rate them as effective and engaging.  We could not have done this without his talent and hard work.  We are so thankful to have Jesse as a teammate at Contigo Ed, and we look forward to seeing all of the brilliance he will continue to bring to life.
