Aman Falol

Aman is an education leader committed to helping students, families, and educators love learning, find purpose in their work, and use what they learn to make their communities and world more beautiful.

As Director of Client Services at Contigo Ed, he leverages his UC Berkeley education and over a decade of experience across district leadership, strategy consulting, and community-based organizations to lead complex, cross-sector initiatives that deliver measurable impact.

Most recently, Aman held leadership roles at Kingmakers of Oakland, where he designed impact frameworks and data systems serving thousands of students and hundreds of educators across multiple districts. Before that, he served in the San Francisco Unified School District, leading workforce initiatives and advising executive leaders on sustainable teacher recruitment. Both roles reflect the skills he honed as a Management Consultant at Education First, where he led research and strategy engagements for multimillion-dollar education initiatives, managed cross-functional teams, and convened philanthropic, non-profit, public, and private-sector leaders nationwide. 

Across roles and industries, he is known for blending planning, data analysis, and facilitation to drive results that clients and communities value.
