Happy New Year! Hope this newsletter finds all of you rested and rejuvenated from the holiday season and that your 2023 is off to a great start! As you ease back into your normal routine and workflow this month, I hope you carve out some time reflect on 2022 and plan for the year ahead.

For us at Contigo Ed, we have so much to celebrate and acknowledge for 2022 including the following key highlights:

• Expanded our reach and partnership engagement in our strategic consulting to now include direct support to ~55 districts in Texas and Oklahoma impacting over 1.1M students and an additional 55K students via our work with our regional intermediary partners collectively… and counting;

• Finished up our Aspiration to Action Learning modules (all 15 of them) and fully launched them, making them available free to any counselor/advisor in the country;

• Secured additional philanthropic funding to continue building out our portfolio of both resources and professional development to enhance our support and offerings to our education partners;

• Grew our team by adding two full-time and 2 contract team members to serve even more clients and partners.

As proud and honored as we are by these, we, like so many of you, take stock in knowing there is still so much work that can and needs to be done in the service of our partners, their students, and their families. We hope that you, like us, use what's been accomplished, and even our challenges and failures, to learn, recalibrate, and catalyze your work for 2023 and beyond.
